Jing An Bai Cha (Jing An White Tea)


Jing An Bai Cha, although called Jingan White Tea, is actually a green tea, it’s a specialty tea produced in Jingan of China’s JiangXi Province.

Quality characteristics of Jing An Bai Cha :
Shape: the shape of orchid
Color: yellow green
Soup color: apricot yellow
Aroma: fragrance lasting
Taste: fresh and brisk, sweet after taste
Tea leafs: yellow and white leaves, green vein stem

Jing An County is located in the north of Yichun city . It borders with An’yi County in the west and Fengxin County in the south. The forest coverage is up to 83%. There is the third national forest park covering 97% of the total area, which was named as “The south green thesaurus” and “natural oxygen bar”.

Processing technology of JingAn BaiCha is simply the same as green tea , which is divided into fixing, rolling, drying and other processes.
